Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Too busy on their own phones to help out the customers walking in. Ask a question and no response. Faces glued to their phones. It's amazing people get paid to do nothing these days. One thing, T-Mobile already has bad service compared to the other phone companies but to have bad customer service. You would think they could get one thing right, hiring people that know what work is. I wouldn't recommend T-Mobile in general but this store specifically, I would not recommend.
