  No point of taking appointment.. I was 3 minute before appointment and was waiting for 20 min for someone to help.. when I asked about the appointment, he added me to the in store visit queue and asked me to wait.. scheduling appointment is farce.. will go to another store in future.

  Customers Service suck. If you're not willingly to help people, get out of customer service and fine a new line of work. Second time here, and still unwillingly to help... & and borderline rude. Please train your people... or an undercover come in to see for yourselves... or hire another corporate store in the lake county area with better people
