  Service is great! Was in and out in less than a half hour. Employees helped me transfer all my contacts and pictures to my new phone and took the time to help save me money!

  Read the fine print very carefully and DO NOT believe anything you are told verbally as this store isn't just run by incompetent people with long waits and systems that doesn't work but also cheats. The store manager Antonio will hide all relevant information with the sole purpose of making sales and considering that it's a retail store, even the corporate will not help you when things will go wrong. They sold me a watch with incorrect information and a phone without insurance (even when I said yes to it) and then refused to take the watch back within 30 days even though it's completely at their discretion. I am going to sue the store for my issues that they refuse to fix and corporate can't help with. Meanwhile, if you really want a phone, there is a corporate store less than a mile from the store with more staff and less deceit.
