I have been shopping in this store for some 20 years, and once it was a good store, but it has been rolling downhill, and now it seems to be at the bottom of that hill. Last Friday I needed help but could not find a single associate in any isle. I even asked a customer service rep., and we looked in every single aisle but in vain. Next day I went to Mundelein store, and the difference was like day and night: many associates, and many asked if I needed help, then Sean took me to what I needed, explained, and helped. That is much better store than Vernon Hills.
