  This Eddie Bauer has had terrible staff since it's been there. I have seen an adult manager mock an Asian woman to a cashier because the woman did not understand what they were trying to explain to her. I was treated like I was stupid after asking if they had bags to put items in while shopping. Today I went in to exchange two items and the associate showed me something else not even similar but twice the price and said "we don't have that anymore and no there's none in the back." I would give them zero stars if I could
